31e provides several membership options, depending upon the needs of our members. All memberships include 24 hour, key fob access, all utilities, high-speed internet, conference room access, cafe/break-room area, mailbox, month to month membership agreement, and no deposit. Here’s what we offer:
- Virtual Membership – You’ll be able to have an official business address, mailbox, use of an any available open desk, and 4 hours per month of conference room use. $150.00 per month.
- Reserved Desk – You will have your open reserved desk in a locked, semi-private office, with one other reserved desk member, and 6 hours per month of conference room use. $250.00 per month.
- Private Office – We have 15 private offices that vary in size, and costs vary depending upon size and location in the building. Here are some examples.
- 22′ x 13′ (286sf) Lower level front. $600.00 per month.
- 15′ x 13′ (195sf) Lower lever rear. $500.00 per month.
- 13′ x 9′ (117sf) First floor rear. $450.00 per month.
- 22′ x 13′ (286sf) First floor front. $650.00 per month.
- 13′ x 13′ (169sf) Second floor rear. $500.00 per month.
- 550sf with private bathroom and kitchenette. $1,000.00 per month.
